About the Author, Barry Fagan, PE/PLS,  CPESC, CPMSM, CESSWI

Hi. I’m Barry Fagan. Helping others to get better is my mission; stormwater is my focus. StormWater Studio and StormWater Tools enable me to continue living a dream of helping good people get better at managing stormwater.

I’ve helped ALDOT tell it’s story for over 25 years. Now I’d like to help you tell yours. If you don’t happen to have a positive stormwater story today, I can help you create one.

Barry Headshot

I love dirt, I love water, and I enjoy the challenge of keeping the two separated. I have also spent a quarter-century as a steward of infrastructure, paying close attention to the social, economic, and environmental impacts of stormwater. These impact areas are interconnected and complementary, leaving room for community progress, business growth, and environmental protection.

I have helped thousands of stormwater professionals get better at managing stormwater. Projects, programs, and organizations have benefited from my leadership, technical ability, and focus on value and innovation.

I hope that one day you and I will find an opportunity to get better together. Give me a call.
